Summary: Perform installation and startup functions on selected systems based on project plans specifications and other contract documents.  Provide analysis of a Building Automation System (BAS) control and HVAC system performance at an individual building level.  Ensure that documentation and system wiring is accurate and complete.  Provide project-engineering support as needed for proper system operation.   Skills and abilities: Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits; computer hardware and software skills; knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications; ability to work independently/ unsupervised and also within a team setting; strong interactive skills; strong interactive skills; strong communication skills.

Summary: Design control system hardware and software programming to be engineered according to project plans, specifications, and other contract documents.  Provide analysis of Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls and HVAC system performance, both on a system and wider campus level.  Ensure that project and system documentation is accurate, complete, and representative of the design according to engineer and customer standards.  Provide project management and interfacing with both contractors/ subcontractors and any customer-side project managers.  Ensure that financial and contractual changes to the project are advantageous to both BASiX and to the customer.   Skills and abilities: Programming skills; strong analytical skills; strong interactive and communication skills; management of technicians and subcontractors; strong troubleshooting skills; experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits; knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications; ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Summary: The Sales Engineer develops long-term business-to-business working relationships with Mechanical Design, Mechanical Consulting, and Engineering firms.  Working with customers to define the scope and pricing for control system installations, system upgrades, and system additions.   Skills and abilities: Ability to interface to the design and contracting mechanical industry; knowledge of HVAC DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems; strong time management and organizational skills; strong communications and interactive skills; ability to work independently and unsupervised.
